You can pay online for the stamp duty of this rental at IRAS.
Pls take note that you have to pay the stamp duty within 14 calendar days of the TA being signed.

After the payment is made online, you will be able to download the Original Certificate of Stamp Duty.
Pls send a copy of the Original Certificate of Stamp Duty to the landlord.

Payment by eNETS: You need to have an internet banking account with DBS/POSB, UOB, OCBC, Citibank or Standard Chartered Bank.

Singapore Power Utility (electricity, water and gas) Application
You have to apply or take over the landlord existing SP utility account before or on the handover date so that the respective utility charges will be borne accordingly.
Submit online application form
Once you have successfully applied for the SP utility, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation from SP.
Forward this email or SMS confirmation from SP to the landlord too.
